- Avoid waterproof mascara for at least 24 hours before your appointment
- Remove contact lenses prior to your service
- Avoid caffeine right before your appointment to help minimize eye movement

After Your Lash Lift:
First 24–48 Hours:
- Do not get lashes wet (no steam, sweating, swimming, or washing the eye area)
- Avoid mascara, eye makeup, lash serums, and oils
- Do not rub, touch, or sleep directly on your lashes
- Avoid heat (saunas, hot yoga, steam rooms)
Ongoing Care:
